As our next Tour Guide Operations Specialist for Puraventura, you'll be the go-to person for Tour Guides and internal stakeholders, on topics such as selection of the right tour guide for our trips, contract negotiations and trainings. You will make sure that we retain talented Tour Guides for our departures.
We are convinced that sharing great moments at work allows us to grow stronger together. You will be an active member of a fun team that has a high impact on our tour guides and customer satisfaction. In this small and effective team, you will report directly to Damian, our Puraventura Director.
