Position Summary
Our HR System Total Rewards Analyst is a key contributor to the organization’s HR technology strategy. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of future SaaS solutions. Success in this role requires collaboration skills, a strong understanding of HR systems,, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Support
- Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll and external vendors.
- Solicits, develops, documents and manages business, functional and technical requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements.
- Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing; manage release notes and validate post-deployment changes.
- Apply foundational knowledge of system architecture and software development methodologies to support system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, training materials, and release notes to support system users.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, Payroll, etc.) to assess business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and recommend effective technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives and assist in planning the HR technology roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance HR processes using workflow tools and emerging technologies (AI Tools and Platforms)
- Monitor platform updates (e.g., Workday’s biannual releases and weekly service updates) evaluate business relevance and where applicable, propose adoption strategies to improve system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
- Direct experience deploying and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems
- Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and enterprise ticketing/change management systems; experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in configuring and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Certification in HR SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday Pro), Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and/or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing.
The pay range for this role is $77,500 to $119,350 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
