You’ll support meaningful projects, work with real data, and learn how strategic reward decisions are made. This is a great opportunity to build strong analytical and HR foundations for your career while working alongside experienced professionals.

• <point>Support compensation and benefits processes, documentation, and internal communication.</point>
• <point>Analyse benefits data, benchmarking information, and market research insights.</point>
• <point>Assist with materials and data preparation for the EU Pay Transparency project.</point>
• <point>Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job architecture to support job levelling.</point>
• <point>Collaborate on cross-functional People & Workplace projects.</point>

• <point>You are currently studying HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and are eager to apply your skills in practice.</point>
• <point>You are curious about how compensation, benefits, and equity programs work in a global organisation.</point>
• <point>You enjoy working with data and numbers and have strong attention to detail.</point>
• <point>You are proactive, enjoy being part of a team, and communicate openly.</point>
• <point>Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.</point>
