We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Total Rewards Assistant, to have real impact and bring Forever Caring to life.
In this role, you'll play a key part in Total Rewards Service Delivery & Continues Improvement, working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring request are resolved efficiently
Support the administration of global reward programs including annual compensation review & incentive plans
Support benefit administration
Support the completion of Annual Survey submissions according to participation deadlines
Assist with various Total Reward projects, including administration of new programs or initiatives, such as annual reviews or benefit renewals
Maintain benefit data, including recognition and incentive payments in relevant systems (Workday, payroll, etc
Help drive the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to ensure employees understand their total rewards offerings.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create, update, and manage knowledge bases, process documentation, and collateral to enable direct access to information and systems for colleagues.
Data & System Management: Work with HRIS teams to maintain accurate compensation and rewards data, perform quality checks, and identify areas for improvement.
Raise and track purchase orders for Total Rewards-related spend in SAP
Delivery of agreed Total Rewards support services in a reliable, consistent and compliant manner, working with your colleagues to deliver a high quality and responsive level of customer service as measured by colleagues’ rating of customer service
With your team, the rest of the HR Service Delivery team, and your colleagues in CBS, support and participate in a culture of customer centricity in the drive for continuous improvement for the Total Rewards service function, using service performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and supporting their implementation when necessary.
Help drive the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to ensure employees understand their total rewards offerings.

To be successful you will:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Total Rewards Service Delivery
Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to different styles and at different levels with impact and influence
Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms or total rewards management systems are often required
A customer-first mindset to fit with our “forever caring” brand
Ability to prioritise and navigate a variety and volume of reward queries
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change

Language
Good written and spoken English is essential for roles based in Malaysia.
If you have other languages including (German/ Portuguese / Spanish / French) or any other language, this will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
Minimum 1 day a week in our offices.
Travel is not a requirement for this role
As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours to ensure overlap with different working hours in your region will be expected.
