The Advanced Effectors and Space (AE&S) Sub-Strategic Business Unit within Raytheon’s Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit has an immediate need for a Program Cost Controls analyst on a strategic Withheld Program.

This is a Major program and Key Strategic Pursuit for the company with high level engagement with the customer, Raytheon and RTX leadership that could be a career defining opportunity. This role will be responsible for supporting Contract Data Requirements list (CDRLs) including IPMDAR, CFSR and provide analysis to assist leadership in making sound decisions for the financial execution of the programs being supported. To meet these deliveries, you will partner with a multi-functional program team including the Program Director, CAMs and IPT Leads, joining other finance analysts supported by a Finance Manager.

This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from our Tucson, AZ location.

What You Will Do

  • Process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
  • Execute a variety of program and financial control actions, including supporting Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), External Reporting (IPMDAR), Monthly.
  • Utilize a comprehensive suite of program controls tools (Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (A/O), forProject, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted EVMS analysis that drives efficiencies and meets internal and external EVMS compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders in the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, as well as Leadership Team to support financial reviews and execution of a program with significant scope.
  • Provide timely support for ad hoc data reporting to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Support CAMs in development of variance analysis.
  • Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze vs Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
  • Provide support for internal/external program reviews with key team members.
  • Partner with PM and Planning for EV implementation.
  • Ad-hoc support and analysis.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 5 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance work experience.
  • Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration.
  • Experience with SAP, forProject, RTX Tool Suite or similar tools.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top-Secret clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Raytheon EVMS Certification or industry equivalent.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
