Job Description

Applicant will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to golf cart fleet, light maintenance to maintenance vehicles, keeping fleet fueled, run for parts as needed, striping our parking lots and driveways, recycling metals, and managing tool and supply room. Other tasks as they arise.

• Applicant will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to our electric golf carts.

• The applicant will perform light maintenance on all of our shop vehicles.

• This person will be responsible for taking our vehicles for inspections prior to registration renewals. This person will keep all of our shop vehicles fueled at a local gas station.

• The applicant will run for parts for the different departments as needed.

• The applicant will manage all of our parking lots to ensure that all of the parking spaces are properly and clearly marked with striping paint.

• He or she will also repaint no parking zones, handicapped parking spaces, and no parking spaces as needed.

• The applicant will manage the maintenance tool room and supply room.

• The applicant will manage other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisors.
