1、负责新产品模具的开发,方案评审及技术评估,确保符合工艺要求。
2、模具设计并主导模具从设计、试模、改模到验收的全流程跟进,解决开发过程中的技术问题。
3、编制模具相关技术文件(如DFM报告,模具规格书,验收标准)。
4、参与生产现场模具故障的分析与维修方案制定,优化模具结构以提升寿命与生产效率。
5、与供应商及内部生产、质量部门协作,确保模具交付进度与质量。
6、负责模具的统一管理。(内部以及外发供应商生产)
1、学历专业:机械设计、材料成型、模具设计等专业,大专以上学历。
2、工作经验:5年以上精密塑胶/冲压模具设计或工程经验。能独立完成整套模具设计者优先。
3、软件技能:熟练使用Creo、AutoCAD等设计软件,以及Office办公软件。
4、专业知识:精通模具结构,懂公差配合。熟悉模具制作工艺,了解各种模具钢材特性;了解各种塑胶料特性;了解常见表面处理及后加工工艺。
5、核心能力:具备较强的现场问题分析能力,能独立处理试模及生产中的异常。
6、沟通能力:良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强,有团队合作精神。
7、英语能力:具备良好的英语读写能力。
1. Be responsible for the development of new product molds, scheme review and technical assessment to ensure compliance with process requirements.
2. Mold design and lead the full-process follow-up from mold design, trial mold, mold modification to acceptance, solving technical problems during the development process.
3. Prepare technical documents related to molds (such as DFM reports, mold specification sheets, and acceptance criteria).
4. Participate in the analysis of mold faults at the production site and the formulation of repair plans, optimize the mold structure to enhance its lifespan and production efficiency.
5. Collaborate with suppliers and internal production and quality departments to ensure the progress and quality of mold delivery.
6. Be responsible for the unified management of molds. (Produced by internal and external suppliers)
1. Educational background and major: Mechanical design, material forming, mold design, etc., with a college degree or above.
2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the design or engineering of precision plastic/stamping dies. Those who can independently complete the entire set of mold designers will be given priority.
3. Software Skills: Proficient in using design software such as Creo and AutoCAD, as well as Office software like Microsoft Office.
4. Professional Knowledge: Proficient in mold structure and understand tolerance fit. Be familiar with the mold-making process and understand the characteristics of various mold steels. Understand the characteristics of various plastic materials; Understand common surface treatment and post-processing techniques.
5. Core Competencies: Possess strong on-site problem analysis skills and be capable of independently handling abnormalities during mold testing and production.
6. Communication skills: Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.
7. English proficiency: Possess good English reading and writing skills.
