Collins Aerospace is currently seeking student engineers for our Digital Technologies Digital Program Lifecycle & Advanced Technology department. Our Tools Portfolio and Compliance Team is comprised of cross-functional engineers working in an agile environment focused on the portfolio lifecycle of our engineering tools portfolio software-only products. What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of enterprise-level user databases across multiple Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure data accuracy and platform integrity.
  • Execute data categorization protocols by identifying and tagging user records based on specific software utilization criteria.
  • Synthesize complex user datasets to streamline the identification process for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with multi-SBU leadership to refine and apply tagging logic that improves the visibility of software adoption across the enterprise.
  • Support system-wide clean-up initiatives by auditing legacy user records and ensuring compliance with current tagging standards.
  • Optimize user segment reporting by meticulously tagging high-value software users, enabling more targeted communication and support.
