Title: Tolling Manager

Job Overview:
The Tolling Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day execution of the global outsourcing strategy for the Make verses Buy process tolling initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with central planning, procurement and MPDQ to identify toll opportunities. Analyze costs and plant capabilities to assess financial benefits for prioritization and balance against business strategy.
- Interface with RD&E and manufacturing plants to ensure product integrity maintained (product qualification) through adequate technology transfer and product MOC.
- validate strategic toll partners, business growth and product objectives. In conjunction with Central Planning, connect our business targets to identify constrained vessels or equipment and the associated products to adjust outsourced volume balance.
- Partner with Procurement to create and maintain contracts with toll partners. Participate in regular operating reviews to ensure supplier capability to meet business requirements, including service levels and customer specific requirements by providing up to date demand forecasts. Work with toller to manage inventories required to meet service levels and product introduction / consolidation goals. Ensure regular QHSE audits are conducted.
- Identify and manage strategic toller partnerships
- Maintain and update insourcing / outsourcing processes as required. Key process to be developed is decision making tool taking into consideration third party costs, impact on reactor utilization and overall impact to business OI. Annual review of financial implications to make operational adjustments to product sourcing, allowing maximization of Ecolab OI though optimial asset utilization and cost implications. This includes insource-outsource product prioritization lists to develop product cost trade offs against overhead cost coverage. Chair Steering Team to review this prioritization and identify new product opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or Logistics required
- 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, procurement, and/or contract experience required
