The Role

Join Kyndryl as a TOC Analyst and take charge of a dynamic role that puts you at the absolute center of our enterprise IT operations. As a TOC Analyst, you will be the central system of our service delivery, responsible for real-time monitoring, identifying infrastructure anomalies before they become outages, and coordinating the rapid response to critical incidents.

At Kyndryl, you will work closely with specialized engineering teams, security professionals, and business stakeholders to keep our complex environments running smoothly. You will actively monitor dashboards, investigate initial alerts across server, network, and cloud platforms, and execute tactical recovery steps based on established runbooks. When major incidents occur, you will be instrumental in opening and driving the incident bridge, consolidating recovery plans, and ensuring that communication flows clearly and effectively across all engaged teams.

Beyond incident response, you will play a vital role in our continuous improvement. You'll help document and update operational workflows, ensure smooth shift-handovers, and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also have visibility into event management, helping correlate operational and security alerts to provide a complete picture of system health.

Who You Are

You are good at what you do and possess the practical experience to prove it. However, equally as important—you have a growth mindset; you are eager to drive your own personal and professional development. You are analytical, calm under pressure, and naturally collaborative in how you work to solve complex problems with others.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of incident management and the ability to prioritize and escalate technical alerts.
  • Basic working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple technical teams during service disruptions.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into clear status updates for client.
  • Familiarity with monitoring application and infrastructure health, including identifying failing service listeners, or resource failure.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Incident / Alert management.
  • Exposure to enterprise monitoring, log analysis, and observability platforms (e.g., Splunk).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and associated native monitoring tools.
  • Exposure to security alert monitoring or EDR/NDR platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, Vectra) is a strong plus.
  • Experience creating or updating daily / weekly handover.
