🚀 Transformation Reporting & Analytics Lead

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in Mequon, WI

🔍 Position Overview

Join the team driving enterprise-wide change. As the Transformation Reporting & Analytics Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner to initiative and workstream leaders—delivering insights, dashboards, and governance that power smarter decisions. You’ll consolidate reporting across programs, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and ensure leadership has a clear view of progress, risks, and impact. This role blends financial acumen, data storytelling, and process excellence to support high-visibility transformation priorities.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Build enterprise-level scorecards and dashboards to track transformation progress and value realization

  • Deliver variance analysis and insights that help leaders course-correct and make informed decisions

  • Facilitate governance meetings, document key actions, and drive accountability across workstreams

  • Partner with initiative leads to manage interdependencies, resolve issues, and prioritize resources

  • Design and document improved processes to strengthen reporting consistency and data quality

  • Leverage ERP, BI, and analytics tools to enhance performance tracking and business partnering

  • Identify and implement system enhancements across data flows and reporting platforms

  • Develop intuitive visualizations and maintain fluency in end-to-end process and system architecture

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or transformation/project management

  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions

  • Experience with ERP, EPM, and BI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or PMP certification

  • 6–8 years in FP&A, consulting, or transformation management

  • Experience with program governance and business case evaluation

  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools

  • Familiarity with capital planning and value realization frameworks
