The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

To develop and achieve your career goals in Treasury and Global Markets, this position will offer you the opportunities to attach in various functions under Treasury and Markets Group (“TMG”) and gain all-round exposure of the business.
The TMG Trainee Programme consists of job rotations among different functions within TMG in the first year and placement in a designated function in the second year. It is anticipated that upon the completion of the programme, trainees will gain a wider range of work experience, exposure and network to develop the competencies which are essential for long term development in TMG business of our bank.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
Fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1 year of work experience
Sound knowledge in treasury products
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, self-motivated with high degree of initiatives and detail-minded
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
