The Title Service Representative III must be proficient is all aspects of the job functions of a TSR I and II. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues, respond to emails in a timely manner, contact dealers, police departments and DMV's, handle reporting, training of new hires, and or assisting the supervisor as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete different types of DMV forms like repo applications and affidavits and ships these applications to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repo title, a re-title or a duplicate.
- Send customers and dealers release of liens, copy of titles and contracts via Fed Ex, fax or e-mail.
- Reassigns both retail and lease title to new dealer and adds to dealer shipment.
- Complete requests for release of liens, copies of contract and or titles, and paid-in-full letters.
- Calls to DMVs, dealers and customers to assist with title related issues.
- Willingness to help train a Title Service Representative I.
- Assists with managing exception queues and workflows.
- Handles Secure Message accounts for client.
- Assist in training new hires.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
- HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 3-5 years administrative experience.
- DMV or car dealership or title experience a plus.
MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
- Ability to understand key functions of departments responsible for.
- Ability to meet expected production guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize emails so a response to the client can be completed within the hour of that email.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to write clearly.
