Service Credit Union is seeking a Title Management Specialist at Sembach Headquarters. This role is a great step for anyone interested in a banking career with growth opportunities.

Pay: Starting at $21.00per hour.

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours/week

A Day in Life:

  • Contributes to ensuring all Title Management responsibilities are consistently accomplished with maximum proficiency and efficiency
  • Contribute to the department phone/Salesforce/email queues for all title management related items
  • Obtain duplicate Certificate of origins and duplicate titles.
  • Handle repossession title requests for the Special Accounts Department.
  • Daily communication with overseas and stateside branches to resolve title problems.
  • Prepare documentation for Hyland OnBase scanning (prepping, scanning and indexing).
  • Enter all title documentation information into the VT Spectrum system, and VINtek system.
  • Copy and file all Titles, Bills of Sales, and Certificates of Origin.
  • Provide quality support and maintain a professional relationship with peers, management, other staff, and members through cooperation, mutual trust, and respect.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Only open to US Citizens.
  • Experience with banking systems and technologies and their relationship to business functions, practices, and processes preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit participation and input from others, including the ability to establish strong rapport and credibility with business teams.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications
