Job Summary: THIS IS AN ARMY NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TITLE 32 FLIGHT ENGINEER (INSTRUCTOR) (MI AASF 2), Position Description Number NGD2753000 and is part of the MI AASF 2, Michigan Army National Guard.

Military Grades: E4-E9 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-10 Level - Must possess specialized experience, which includes qualification as NRCM Flight Instructor/Standardization Instructor 600-ASIN1 (CH-47); Possess a high degree of technical competency in aircraft systems operations. Proficient in the principles of instructions, and demonstrate good judgment, patience, tact, and a desire to instruct; Knowledge of electrical, communications, navigation, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems applying to aircraft and related systems, flight theory, minor in-flight maintenance, personal equipment and oxygen use, aircraft emergency procedures, and using and interpreting diagrams, schematics, loading charts, technical publications, and flight manuals; Ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare lessons, documents, and reports. Knowledgeable of methods of instruction, aircrew training program requirements, procedures, and standards of performance. Must possess specialized experience, which includes qualification as NRCM Flight Instructor/Standardization Instructor (UH-60) 600-ASINI"
