Ticketing & Hospitality Intern, ROCK

As an Intern with ROCK, you’ll assist with ticketing operations, venue management, catering orders, reporting and accounting tasks, and administrative support. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our events and ensuring the efficient management of internal processes.

About the Role

• Promote and distribute tickets for sporting and cultural events in cities where the Rock Family of Companies offices are located
• Assist with ticketing and operations for the Rocket Classic golf tournament
• Coordinate catering orders for suites and other ticketed events that include hospitality services
• Generate reports for leadership on event attendance metrics and insights
• Process payment for all ticketing and hospitality-related invoices and track associated expenses
• Communicate event details to ticket recipients, including timing, transportation, ticket pickup, food and beverage inclusions, and other relevant information
• Maintain and update a calendar of sporting and cultural events
• Provide on-site support for team member hospitality in suites or other designated areas as needed

About You

• High school diploma required; some college coursework or relevant experience preferred
• Proficiency with technology, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong curiosity and a commitment to continuous process improvement
• Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor with a confident presence
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to remain calm and adapt quickly under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
