Lead the design and development of advanced reporting dashboards and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into interactive visualizations, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Spotfire dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Implement advanced data transformations using Spotfire features (IronPython scripting, calculated columns, data functions).
• Integrate Spotfire with multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms).
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure usability across large datasets.
• Apply best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing enhancements and user training.

Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in TIBCO Spotfire design and development, including advanced visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in IronPython scripting, JavaScript, and Spotfire automation services.
• Knowledge on API, Data Lake, Cloud platform, SharePoint connectivity using BI tools
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Spotfire with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting BI solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot dashboard issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT and reporting.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT Asset Management lifecycles (HAM and SAM).
