Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using TIBCO EBX system. Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure workflows, integrate systems, and ensure data quality and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure TIBCO EBX applications
• Own the end-to-end delivery and support of the applications
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and user interfaces within EBX.
• Integrate EBX with enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
• Perform production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and support analysts.
• Maintain documentation, support processes, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in TIBCO EBX development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting for EBX customization.
• Knowledge of Asset Management concepts, MDM concepts, data governance, and data modeling.
• Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with workflow design, security, and role-based access in EBX.
• CI/CD pipelines build scripts, artifact/version management and rollback strategies.
• Good understanding of relational databases and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT and application development
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT Asset Management lifecycles (HAM and SAM).
