As a Threat Intelligence Consultant within ESET's Corporate Solutions Division, you will serve as a strategic bridge between ESET's world-class threat intelligence capabilities and the clients who depend on them. You will work closely with regional Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support presales engagements, contribute to tender responses, and support in delivery of tailored CTI insights that resonate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
This is a versatile, client-facing role operating across diverse industries and client profiles, directly contributing to ESET's positioning as a trusted cybersecurity partner — backed by over 30 years of proprietary research and technological innovation. You will play a central role in expanding ESET's Private Threat Intelligence offerings and driving the growth of the Corporate Solutions Division.
Your Responsibilities:
Support regional KAMs in client discussions across the ESET CTI portfolio, providing technical and product expertise
Contribute to CTI tenders and presales by aligning ESET capabilities with client needs
Support the KAM and CTI Manager in preparing value-driven business reviews for leadership
Profile clients to understand CTI requirements and tailor intelligence outputs
Coordinate integration of CTI platforms, STIX/TAXII feeds, and automated intelligence sharing with client tech teams
Adapt intelligence from ESET data sources to meet custom CTI service requirements
Provide technical deep dives and troubleshooting support for KAMs and clients
Identify and integrate relevant OSINT sources to enrich ESET threat intelligence
Deliver mitigation guidance and recommendations based on ESET TI data, research, and OSINT
Align CTI activities with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK)
Build trusted client relationships and support identification of opportunities to grow CTI program value
Our requirements:
Experience & Technical Knowledge:
5+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in threat intelligence operations or management
Experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, including executive and technical briefings
Strong expertise in MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII, and threat intelligence platforms
Proficiency in threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and structured analytic techniques
Hands-on experience with SIEMs, TI platforms (e.g., OpenCTI), threat feeds, and security orchestration tools
Solid understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and integrating TI into compliance programs
Familiarity with intelligence-sharing communities, ISACs, and government sharing initiatives
Background in incident response, digital forensics, or security operations is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
Ability to develop, support, and execute program initiatives independently
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Depending on client and partnership requirements, candidates may be required to obtain or maintain relevant government security clearances
Location: Bratislava or Prague
Basic wage component (gross): from 3 500 EUR
*The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
*Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
