Cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships with hematologists, transplant nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams, serving as a reliable scientific resource.
Facilitate meaningful educational exchanges and clinical discussions, responding thoughtfully to questions and co-creating solutions that support patient care.
Thoughtfully plan customer engagements and maintain accurate documentation of interactions, insights, and evolving treatment landscape dynamics.
Collaborate closely with medical affairs, market access, and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment on scientific messaging and to channel field insights back into strategic planning.
Stay attuned to the evolving transplant and oncology-hematology landscape, including emerging data, competitor developments, and treatment paradigms, to inform adaptive strategies and share learnings across the North Europe team.
Maintain deep scientific and clinical knowledge of cGVHD & Multiple Myeloma treatment journey, representing Sanofi with integrity at medical conferences and professional events.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and industry guidelines.
