The Opportunity:

In support of our existing team, we are currently looking for a dynamic and visionary Medical Affairs Lead to drive the success of our oncology therapeutic area. The successful candidate will assume a crucial role in developing and executing strategies across various indications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring tangible benefits to patients. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in the oncology space.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to the following key activities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Oncology team, including setting goals, developing, and implementing strategies, and managing performance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the Oncology department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement
  • Collate field insights that will be shared internally as appropriate
  • Manage budgets and resources within the Medical Affairs Oncology department
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to relevant policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential

Your Profile

Qualification & Experience:

Candidates should hold an MD, PharmD, or a PhD in a life science (MD strongly preferred) and have a minimum of five years of industry experience in Medical Affairs; therapeutic area experience is desirable.
