What Will You Do?
A day in the life of a Communications Coordinator at The North Face looks a little like this: You will support the brand's communication strategies by creating and distributing content that aligns with our mission and values. Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, this role will assist in enhancing brand visibility and engagement through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and a passion for retail stores.

Develop and execute communication plans to support brand initiatives and campaigns.
Create and manage content for internal communication channels, including emails, intranet sites, presentations, and directives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal campaigns and strategies.
Work cross-functionally to maintain and optimize the retail calendar.
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and suggesting refinements to communication processes.
Prepare and present regular updates on communication activities and outcomes to the operations and brand retail leaders.

Hiring Range:
$56,160.00 USD - $70,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
