Role Summary

At The North Face, we believe exploration changes lives. As we chart bold new paths for our brand and our consumers, we’re seeking a Data Analytics Manager who’s passionate about turning data into actionable insights that fuel our journey. You’ll be a trusted guide for our Senior Leadership Team- illuminating the way forward with analytics that drive growth, efficiency, and consumer connection.

Responsibilities: Never Stop Exploring (our data)

·       Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that empower leaders to make bold, informed decisions.

·       Collaborate across Strategy, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Finance Planning, Digital, and Retail functions, ensuring analytics are at the heart of every adventure.

·       Partner with consumer insights and central data functions to understand and incorporate broader market trends into first-party data-driven insights.

·       Blend consumer, product, channel, and financial insights to help us better serve our community and expand our impact.

·       Define and track KPIs for strategic initiatives, run post-implementation reviews, and ensure learnings fuel our next ascent.

·       Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service tools that democratize data and enable teams to move faster, together.

·       Proactively identify opportunities, size their impact, and recommend strategies that elevate our brand and business.

·       Integrate P&L, cost drivers, and profitability modeling into every recommendation, ensuring our growth is sustainable and profitable.

·       Leverage Power BI, SQL and web analytics to push the boundaries of what’s possible in analytics.

Qualifications

·       5+ years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or consumer insights, ideally in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods.

·       Proven ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences—including senior leadership.

·       Advanced dashboarding required, with working experience in SQL, cloud data platforms, and Power BI required; Python and AI/ML experience a plus.

·       Working understanding of P&L, cost structures, and the financial levers that drive growth.

·       Commitment to The North Face’s values of sustainability, inclusivity, and making a positive impact on people and planet.

·       Quality and clarity of recommendations that drive business results.

·       Measurable improvements in growth, efficiency, consumer lifetime value, and profitability.

·       Effective cross-functional partnerships and influence on strategic decisions.

·       Continuous improvement and innovation in analytics capabilities.

Hiring Range:

$99,360.00 USD - $124,200.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
