Coordinator, Influencer Marketing (Lifestyle & Performance)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Coordinator, Influencer Marketing at The North Face looks a little like this.

The Coordinator, Influencer Marketing is a key support role on The North Face’s social and influencer team, working across both Performance and Lifestyle verticals. This person will support the Influencer Manager in coordinating campaigns, execute high-impact seeding initiatives, managing network of creators and agency partnerships that connect creators, athletes, and cultural voices to our brand.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing — equally comfortable managing logistics, maintaining trackers / reporting metrics, and contributing ideas that drive creative excellence and performance results.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

Creator & Campaign Coordination (Primary Focus)

  • Support the Influencer Manager in overseeing day-to-day influencer operations, ensuring deliverables, briefs, and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with our influencer agency partners to manage outreach, onboarding, briefing, and deliverable tracking.
  • Maintain detailed trackers for live dates, content approvals, contracts, shipments, and usage rights.
  • Partner with Paid Media and Social teams to ensure influencer content is properly tagged, tracked, and amplified across channels.

Seeding & Gifting Support

  • Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of influencer and athlete seeding initiatives.
  • Work with internal product and warehouse to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and track fulfillment.
  • Support creative ideation around seasonal mailers and unboxing experiences that spark excitement and shareability.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Support the Influencer Manager in day-to-day communication and coordination with external agencies (where applicable), ensuring seamless workflow and alignment with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign status and reporting deliverables, surfacing updates or issues proactively.

Performance Support

  • Track engagement, EMV, and audience sentiment across influencer campaigns to inform strategy and optimize future partnerships.
  • Support regular, bi-weekly and monthly influencer performance reporting with topline metrics, insights, and case studies.

Trend & Creator Monitoring

  • Identify emerging creators, athletes, and tastemakers aligned with The North Face brand ethos.
  • Surface relevant platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor campaigns to inspire influencer strategy.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, social media, or partnerships (agency or brand side).

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Experience with creator seeding, product gifting, or agency coordination preferred.
  • Passion for outdoor, lifestyle, and performance culture — and enthusiasm for connecting creators to meaningful brand stories.
