Account Marketing Manager – Specialty Accounts, TNF Americas

What will you do?

As a key member of The North Face Marketing team, The Marketing Manager for Specialty Accounts will lead strategic marketing initiatives for North Face’s specialty retail partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, building scalable solutions, and driving brand growth through authentic marketing that resonates with specialty audiences.

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for specialty accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Create customized marketing plans for the specialty channel and strategic specialty accounts to brand love, drive traffic and sell-through.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing support.
  • Provide proactive communication and support to ensure accounts have the tools and resources needed.
  • Work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the go-to-market process.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives on effective tools for seasonal sell-in
  • Manage co-op advertising claims process end-to-end to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate scalable solutions for a wide range of account partners
  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth.

What do you need to succeed?

We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or outdoor industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of specialty retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Location requirement: Denver, Colorado

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Strong excel skills a plus
  • Genuine passion for the outdoors is a bonus

Hiring Range:

$91,584.00 USD - $114,480.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
