Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.
• Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
• Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. (refer product to be responsibility)
• Analyse sales data and make necessary sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing customized logistics solutions.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
• Integrate specialized knowledge and sales techniques for innovative and effective selling
