Sherman, TX - 501 West Shepherd - TGCM - SM1Air Liquide Electronics innovative electronic materials respond to increasingly challenging customer demands for improved mobility, connectivity, computing power and energy consumption. We offer ultra pure carrier gases, a wide range of specialty gases and advanced precursor molecules, enabling equipment for safe distribution, purification and on-line purity control. On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inventory control of chemicals and gas cylinders
Responsible for Schedule production for manufacturing operation by releasing jobs
Interface with customers to resolve issues including those with forecasts, special order, and non-delivered orders
Ensure that all stock-out situations are resolved in a timely manner
Interface with supplier to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained, and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner
Provide feedback to customers and management when actual usage varies significantly from forecast and it is impacting inventory levels
Maintain a list of all supplier contacts including account Reps. Order entry clerks, accounts receivable clerks, etc.
Elevate all critical inventory shortage situations to all parties affected and the appropriate levels of management
The hourly rate range for this position in Texas is $24.00-26.00

Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service/Oracle experience
Ability to identify and analyze situations when customer forecast does not equal actual usage
Ability to utilize Min/Mix system to accurately forecast
Familiar with Oracle Applications, or experience with another computerized system for purchasing, and inventory
Ability to effectively utilize MS Word and Excel
Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Ability to communicate and coordinate issues
