Testing Trainee

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Testing Trainee to join our quality assurance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in automotive component testing within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist senior engineers and technicians in conducting various tests on automotive parts and components according to established procedures and specifications.
* Prepare test samples and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
* Record and document test results accurately and completely, including observations, data, and any deviations.
* Operate and monitor test equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Assist in the troubleshooting and basic maintenance of testing machinery.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
* Learn and understand industry standards and regulations relevant to automotive component testing.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
* Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is a plus but not required.
