The Test Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting the testing and validation of products and systems. This role involves executing test plans, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
What you`ll need :
The duties and responsibilities outlined below reflect the core functions of the role. However, the organization may assign additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet operational and strategic objectives. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the scope of the role may evolve in response to changing business needs.
Assemble sub systems or products for the purpose of evaluation and test.
Evaluate and test components, sub systems or products. This work will be completed by following established means, or if necessary, development of new test strategies.
Assist in the development or commission of test equipment.
Recommend and/or implement refinements to existing procedures, techniques and test methodologies and/or equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test plans and methodologies.
Calibrate and maintain testing instruments and tools.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes.
Recommend ways to refine or optimize existing designs.
Mentor junior technical support staff.
What you need :
Technical diploma and 1-2 years of professional experience or
3-5 years of experience in an electronics, mechanical, or manufacturing environment.

Salary Range:
