What you’ll achieve

As the Test Project Manager, you will be responsible for analysing, planning and coordination of PE&T ORBIS test projects within a multi-release and multi-site environment for integration- and system test in an agile environment. Reporting of status and results by acting as V&V representative in the corresponding PCT´s. Supporting project management in control of releases, deliveries, corrections and maintenance of project schedule, scope and timeline. Continuous analysis, implementation, adaptation and improvements of V&V internal processes, procedures and test cycles.

The Test Project Manager will provide guidance, coaching and training to all verification engineers and quality engineers working on ORBIS, ensuring that all verification procedures are followed and all input for verification documentation is provided adcordingly.

He/She will also lead the planning, execution and documentation of validation activities for medical devices.

You will:

  • Plan and coordinate test phase for test projects (managing available capacities and releases together with Team Leads) by considering project milestones
  • Support project management in control of releases, deliveries, corrections and maintenance of project schedule, scope and timeline
  • Prepare validation activities
  • Continuous analysis, implementation, adaptation and improvements of V&V internal processes, procedures and test cycle
  • Report results
  • Analyse and improve details in the test projects
  • Train and coach verification and quality engineers in following verification processes and procedures

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in software testing (and/or development) and/or in test management, in software quality assurance techniques and procedures - ISTQB certification (advanced level) advantageous
  • Experience in project management of large scale software projects, and in software development processes and life cycle procedures
  • Experience in planning and control of validation activities
  • Proficiency in common software testing and test management tools (Jira, Xray) and in agile environment and continuous verification
  • Bilingual in French and English

Desirable Requirements

  • Analytical and communications abilities.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe etc.) advantageous
  • Experience with test automation is a plus
