Principle Accountabilities:
Education / Experience
Completion of a high school degree or equivalent is preferred. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 6-12 months of related experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Demonstrates basic manufacturing line knowledge and participates in process. To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics, mechanical assembly; Testing: oscilloscope, cable & harness testing, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer; Inspection: PCB loaded; Office Skills: data entry, software.
Able to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, leads, and supervisors of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Decision Making / Discretion
Limited expectations to make decisions outside immediate work assignments. Decisions only affect individual.
Supervision / Leadership
Ability to understand and receive work instructions from line lead, supervisor/manager and manufacturing support. Typically requires close supervision.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical.

The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, handle small components, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
