We are seeking an experienced Test Lead & Business Analyst with strong expertise in software testing, automation, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge technical testing leadership with business requirement analysis, ensuring high-quality delivery of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Execute all levels of testing: System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business specifications and translate them into test requirements.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Lead automation initiatives, including framework creation from scratch using modern tools/technologies.
- Perform manual testing, integration testing, and API testing (SOAP/REST).
- Conduct API-level testing using Postman or similar tools, validating XML/JSON requests and responses.
- Enhance test harnesses and develop comprehensive test suites.
- Ensure proper version control and collaboration using GIT.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and analysts.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and testing outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Overall Testing Experience: 6–7 years
- Automation Experience: 4–5 years
- Business Analyst Experience: 4-5 Years
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, coding, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience (minimum 4–5 years) with Selenium Web Automation using Java.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and .NET for design and development.
- Solid experience in API Automation.
- Ability to design and develop automation scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Experience in framework creation from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
