The team

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

The role

  • Solid foundation in software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience and strong in test estimation for full automated testing project, technical proposal and managing complex testing projects.
  • Solid skill in test strategy, test planning, design test cases, test execution.
  • Experience in SQL / Database Testing, API Testing, Integration test and migration test
  • Experience in UI or API test automation with: Playwright (Mandatory), Selenium / Cypress / REST Assured or Karate API, Katalon
  • Experience GenAI tools in generating automation script & Test case: Github Copilot (Mandatory), Amazon Q, Cursor
  • Experience in AWS
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: Rail or Energy is a plus
  • Good at leading and coaching teams
  • Strong English communication skills, combined with problem-solving abilities, and effective presentation skills
  • Good at stakeholder communication and management; coordination, and leadership skills.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology, computer engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant testing work experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a comparable position, with a proven track record of leading both manual and automation testing projects and Team
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently or in Agile teams.
  • Quick learner with strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
