Summary:
The Test Lab Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support related to documentation system requirements. In this role, you will audit good manufacturing practices document files relating to the maintenance, repair and calibration of manufacturing equipment in order to ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance requirements. Additionally, you will maintain documentation manuals to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date and available to appropriate personnel and maintain filing of all master documents.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the Test Lab document control administrator within MasterControl
- Review test reports and documentation for compliance with Test Lab Operating Procedures
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all Test Lab records
- Manage ordering, stocking, and organization of lab supplies
- Coordinate transfer of test fixtures and products between the lab and warehouse
- Support purchase order processing for Test Lab needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Test Lab, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams
- Manage test documentation across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience (document control or similar role)
- Computer skills, including use of email, word processing, and web-based applications
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot routine technical issues using established tools and procedures, escalating complex problems as needed, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree
- Administrative experience
- Experience working in Medical Device Quality Systems or other regulated industry
Travel Percentage: 10%
