The Boeing Company is seeking Test & Evaluation Engineers to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

These positions support the diverse Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) portfolio of Boeing programs including the B-1, B-52, Executive Transport platforms such as the VC-25A, the E-3 AWACS (domestic and international), and E-4B.  The selected candidates will be flight test engineering program leads/subject matter experts interacting with internal and external stakeholders, planning and executing test programs in their assigned portfolio, and providing technical expertise.  Test program efforts include lab, ground, and flight testing in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced level Test & Evaluation Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity

  • Support the development of test procedures

  • Apply lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures

  • Support test execution efforts

  • Support the design of test to achieve system-level test requirements

  • Support test programs to meet customer requirements

  • Review test data prior to delivery to customer

  • Formulate expectations for test data based on historical data

  • Work under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 1+ years of experience supporting a test team during the brief, test conduct, and debrief of flight tests

  • 1+ years of experience in systems engineering (i.e. system or software requirements, development, and/or test)

  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and/or managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 1+ years of experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within engineering and/or test

  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally 15-25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to obtain a flight physical

Shift:

This position is primarily first shift, with occasional additional shift coverage and approximately 15-25% travel to Boeing and customer sites as required, to support program objectives.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $79,050 - $106,950

Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
