A Day in the Life of Test Engineer:

Detail-oriented UAT Tester responsible for validating business requirements and ensuring solutions meet end-user expectations prior to production release. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and developers to execute UAT scenarios and ensure high-quality delivery.

Also, responsible for updating Roaming agreements between MNOs and configure data according to GSMA standard documents.                                                                                    

So, how are we going to keep you busy?

• End-to-end testing + support for UAT and Work closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery quality Hands-on involvement in functional testing, DB Testing, UI testing etc.,
• Ensure the fixes meet business expectations before the sign-off.
• Ensure timely completion of UAT activities within project timelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Configuring Roaming Agreements and updating data according to GSMA standard documents.
• Ensure Customer tickets are resolved with expected level of quality within timelines.
• Implementation and co-ordination of a new Client set up.

What will make you eligible for this role?

• Bachelor of Engineering / B-Tech

Experience, that will be an advantage:

• 0-1 years of customer service experience and experience in telecom billing will be an added advantage.

What will make you the best-fit for this role?

Technical/ functional skills required:

• Basic Knowledge in Linux & Oracle SQL.
• Functional Testing, Test Data Management

Soft skills required:

• Interpersonal Skills, Analytical Skills, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
