Job Description

Our state-of-the-art facilities and passionate people drive innovation in micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) for industries like aerospace, medical imaging, and consumer electronics. As a Test Engineer, you’ll own and optimize processes that shape the future of MEMS innovation.
What you’ll do
Own and improve manufacturing test processes for MEMS devices
Develop and optimize test methods for new product development
Maintain and enhance production databases and test programs
Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement to boost yield and efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation protocols
Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues
Qualify and maintain test equipment for peak performance
Support smooth transitions from development to manufacturing
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and supervisors to solve problems
What you need
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
Required: 2+ years of test/probe experience in MEMS or semiconductor industry
Required: Knowledge of test technologies, processes, and tools
Advantage: Familiarity with optics and cameras
Advantage: Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, C#, SQL)
Advantage: Understanding of statistical analysis and design of experiments
