CACI has an exciting Test Automation Analyst opportunity on the NCAPS contract supporting NASA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test automation strategies that align with project goals. This includes selecting appropriate functions for automation.
Write and maintain automated test scripts to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest software changes. This involves coding in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Automation testers execute automated test scripts and analyze the results. They document any defects or issues found during testing and report them to the development team for resolution.
Work closely with software developers and QA analysts to design effective test plans and strategies. This collaboration helps identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
Automation testers conduct performance testing to evaluate how the software performs under various conditions, ensuring it meets performance standards.
After software is released, automation testers perform post-release testing to verify that the software functions as intended in the production environment.
Automation testers will create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports, to ensure transparency and traceability.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Management/Information Systems, or other related degree.
3 or more years of testing or related experience
Experience working with computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of TOSCA Automation Engine creating regression automation testing scripts
Create functional test cases and automating applications using TOSCA to help improve accuracy of QA results
Experience as a Software Tester leading implementing of Tricentis Tosca
Ability to maintain good working relationship with NASA counterparts
Ability to listen and understand customer expectations and concerns; translate customer concerns to appropriate organizations and management
Basic understanding of IT networks and communication systems
Desired:
Experience in a NASA or other government agency environment
Understanding of NASA s IT environment
Experience in TOSCA and HP Quality Center
Ability to understand role of policies, processes and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to project and maintain a professional and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work

The proposed salary range for this position is:
