Test Article Coordinator- Madison, WI

As a Test Article Coordinator, you’ll support essential study operations by ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and integrity of test articles and study materials.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage test articles and samples — receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Review shipping documents.
  • Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents.
  • Maintain accurate client inventory records.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies.
  • Support internal customer requests.
  • Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms.
  • Perform other operational duties.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)
  • Experience with internal/external customer service
  • Ability to use various computer applications and department-specific software
  • Excellent documentation skills

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: 1st shift
    • Flexibility required for:
      • Overtime
      • On-call rotation every 4–6 weeks
  • Pay: $23/hr.
