POSITION SUMMARY
The Kerr Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering regional sales targets within set timelines, strengthening Kerr’s brand presence, and accelerating growth in the assigned territory. The role focuses on maximizing sales effectiveness through existing and new customer accounts, collaborating closely with distributor sales teams, and driving both sell-in and sell-out performance. This individual will play a key role in supporting Kerr Türkiye’s commercial strategy, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), converting competitor users, and developing key accounts including DSO practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent Kerr professionally in the assigned sales territory.
- Achieve Türkiye’s sales targets in line with commercial goals and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, introduce new offerings, gather feedback, and ensure service excellence.
- Focus on both sell-in (distributor enablement) and sell-out (end-user adoption) to support organic growth.
- Communicate and implement Kerr’s commercial strategy in the field.
- Plan and execute a geographically balanced call cycle to ensure full market coverage.
- Submit accurate and timely monthly sales reports.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge, articulate the benefits of Kerr solutions, and stay informed about competitor offerings.
- Lead and deliver group presentations, product trainings, and workshops for end users.
- Support and co-travel with distributor sales representatives; mentor and coach them to improve efficiency.
- Ensure that distributor reps follow up on sales leads and opportunities effectively.
- Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance distributor sales team capabilities.
- Capture and report market feedback on customer satisfaction, product issues, and competitor activity.
- Maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical experts, and decision-makers.
- Maintain discipline in administrative tasks and meet all deadlines consistently.
- Foster collaboration, team spirit, and alignment across functions.
- Uphold and promote Kerr and Envista’s sales policies, values, and compliance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
- 2–3 years of commercial/sales experience in the dental consumables market, with a proven sales track record. (Dental education is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Türkiye dental market landscape, including: scientific societies, DSO structures, local distributors, public tenders, regulatory landscape, and key experts.
- Ability to clearly communicate and understand complex technical and clinical product information.
- Proven sales and business development skills with strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Confident in delivering compelling presentations and engaging group sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
- Native Turkish speaker; English proficiency is highly desirable.
