The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) should successfully lead a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined
geographical region. The TSM is responsible for growing the business by implementing a territory sales strategy
that is focused on growing targeted market share (volume), revenue and improving RCO profit.
In order to achieve these objectives, the TSM will engage with existing and new customers using multiple
channels, including digital ones. The TSM will develop opportunities to sell “value-add” products and services
within the defined geographical area of responsibility.

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing market share? At Heidelberg Materials, we’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to increase volume, revenue, and profitability
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across multiple channels, including digital
  • Promote and sell value-added asphalt products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Use market insights and data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Support tender submissions, budget planning, and forecasting for your territory

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within construction, materials, or industrial sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident using digital tools to engage customers
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
