Summary
We are looking for a new member for EMEA sales team. You should be able to effectively understand and execute business strategy through a diverse group of distribution channels. In order to do so, you should possess the capability to execute business/sales plans flawlessly while being able to plan actions in a medium and long-time frame in ever-changing and complex situations.
Job description
What will be your agenda:
- Act as first line of contact with designated ESET partners and ESET offices
- Providing regular and ad hoc business analysis including business insight from market
- Propose tactical plans inline with company strategy
- Follow business planning on desired level of detail
- Proactively implement ESET sales strategy in assigned markets
- Identify and develop business potential for ESET technologies in assigned markets
- Identify and prioritize projects in assigned markets to deliver sales goals
- Prepare country SWOT and identify potential improvements
- Prepare business plans for the assigned markets detailed to segments and channels aligned with partner's abilities to execute
- Prepare tactical plan (jobs to be done) for dedicated segments and channels
- Single point projects prioritization in assigned markets
- Act as Internal Representative for assigned markets
- Identify and drive projects in assigned markets to deliver desired revenue
- Forecast and report business results to senior/high management of the company on regular monthly and ad-hoc basics
- Manage all stages of business cases in direct rapport, as well as in close cooperation with partners and offices
- Follow personal business review meetings with assigned markets on periodic manner
- Cooperate with the departments of marketing, business development, global sales, technical support, presales technicians and other teams of the company in business/strategic targets fulfilment
- Validate contract and its amendments, incorporate requested changes and follow up signature process.
Please note that this position is a maternity leave cover.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions including managing of the indirect sales through partners, distributors and resellers
- English – fluent and advanced; multiple languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of indirect sales processes in consumer and business segments (experience with partner ecosystem)
- Professional background from software or hardware related industries

Wage (salary) gross/monthly: from 2800 Euro
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 30% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
