Where you come in:
• You are responsible for successfully presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio as well as the associated digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales
• You actively contribute to positioning the company as the market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
• You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, creating sales plans, customer support, supporting diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new customers.
• You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales and KPI targets of the territory.
• You successfully use our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your goals in the region.
• You manage your territory independently and plan your routes, including preparation and follow up of visits in CRM systems.
• You take responsibility for the territory budget by controlling expenses.
• You plan and independently organize customer events, which you will moderate and/or conduct. You use various interaction methods to create the best possible, needs oriented customer experience.
• You work cross functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• You continuously monitor the market and competitors.
• You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory.

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry (would be a plus).
• Experience in both primary care and hospitals.
