Role Description
- Responsible for achieving territory revenue budget, product segment-wise budgets, maximizing sales and market growth in line with Company's strategic goals.
- Effective execution and implementation of sales and marketing promotion practices defined by marketing team and line manager
- Daily reporting of activities and sales
- Timely communication and feedback to management and customers.
- Managing company resource / tools of trade
- Co-ordination with manager and CST team to enhance supply effectiveness and performance.
- Co-ordination with Head Office personnel in matters connected with field force management.
- Ensuring that execution is in line with Company’s policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values
