You drive the growth and margin expansion of our digital portfolio Spark Clear Aligners, as well as the classic “Bracket & Wire” solutions
You build strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers and passionately acquire new ones
You inspire doctors and practice staff with your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends
You organize inspiring events and webinars to drive demand
You develop sales strategies, analyze the market, and identify new growth opportunities
You contribute your ideas to product management and systematically maintain your sales opportunities in the CRM

Job Requirements:
3–5 years of successful sales experience
Ideally in medical technology or the healthcare industry
Fluent in both German and English
High willingness to travel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-reliance, and team spirit
Digital mindset and expertise to support our customers on their digital journey

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, dental technician training with business knowledge, or a convincing sales personality
