Territory Manager to take ownership of our Visualization & Communication portfolio in Northern / Southern Sweden. This is a high-impact role with full territory responsibility in a market that rewards resilience, strategic thinking and strong relationship-building.

Your Mission
You will drive sales and market development of our Visualization & Communication portfolio across your territory. From operating theatres to procurement offices, from clinical workshops to contract negotiations you will own the full sales cycle.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Taking full ownership of your territory and sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration and procurement.
Driving and managing complex tender processes (framework and volume-based agreements).
Implementing marketing and sales strategies aligned with Nordic objectives.
Conducting impactful product demonstrations in OR settings and clinical workshops.
Advising and training surgical staff on product use.
Preparing and managing orders, ensuring seamless follow-up and high customer satisfaction.
Representing Stryker at congresses, trade fairs and professional meetings to expand your network and identify new business opportunities.
You will start with an intensive onboarding and product training phase to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.
The Profile We Are Looking For
This role requires more than enthusiasm for the OR. It demands commercial maturity and structure.
You bring:
4+ years of sales experience within medical devices, pharmaceutical or a comparable healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare landscape.
Experience working in tender-driven environments (highly preferred).
A University degree in medical technology, health management, business, science or a technical field.
A passion for selling complex products and delivering high-level customer service.
The ability to balance relationship-building with disciplined administrative execution.
A valid driving license.
Fluent Swedish and strong English skills (written and spoken).
Endoscopy experience is an advantage, but a proven sales mindset in healthcare is more critical.
