As a Territory Lead, Visualization, you will champion Stryker’s innovative Endoscopy and Communications (iSuite) solutions — helping hospitals enhance surgical precision, safety, and efficiency in Dubai. You will partner closely with surgeons, nurses, and biomedical teams, becoming their trusted expert on Stryker’s visualization systems, towers, and integrated OR technologies. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive territory growth through meaningful customer relationships, clinical expertise, and proactive support. What You Will Do

  • Define and execute a strategic plan for your assigned territory (Dubai), prioritizing key accounts and identifying new growth opportunities

  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to guide business decisions and uncover potential segments.

  • Conduct detailed demonstrations of medical equipment, highlighting features, benefits, and applications. Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the use and advantages of the equipment & other medical products

  • Support tender, procurement, and leasing processes in collaboration with internal partners.

  • Oversee material deliveries and installations, provide product training to healthcare professionals, and attend procedures when required.

  • Escalate customer feedback or complaints appropriately, support investigations, and ensure actions are communicated back to stakeholders.

  • Work with Marketing to support scientific events, share territory insights, and coordinate educational activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of territory activities and ensure all actions comply with company standards, policies, and quality requirements

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences, engineering, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of corporate experience in commercial, technical, or customer-facing roles within the medical device industry.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • High integrity and commitment to patient safety

  • Proficiency in English

  • Valid driving license

Preferred:

  • Experience with Endoscopy products or technologies (preferred)

  • Arabic language skills (preferred)
