Territory Lead Trauma & Extremities

We are looking for a Territory Lead for our Trauma & Extremities department in Dubaï:

What you will do

  • Promote and sell Stryker products while ensuring customer satisfaction across your assigned territory in Dubai.

  • Become the resident expert on your product line for surgeons and healthcare professionals.

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, product developments and regulatory updates in your region and report insights to your manager.

  • Execute sales activities aligned with the company’s regional strategy and targets; prepare regular sales reporting.

  • Plan, conduct and document customer visits, meetings, demos and product evaluations.

  • Evaluate customer RFQs and prepare complete material lists based on identified needs.

  • Guide customers on purchasing channels (tenders, leasing, direct purchase, etc.) and collaborate with the tender team on procurement projects.

  • Track delivery timelines and provide regular updates to customers.

  • Oversee product delivery, installation, and user training; attend surgical cases as needed.

  • Ensure accurate billing and support Finance/Accounting in collection follow-up.

  • Communicate customer complaints/feedback to Quality, take corrective actions and report back accordingly.

  • Prepare, manage and return Congress/Demo materials in proper sterilized condition.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team on scientific support requests and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the logistics team when required.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Sciences, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of commercial experience as a Territory Lead or similar role.

  • Experience in medical devices or a relevant industry (strong advantage).

  • Strong communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and handle responsibility.

  • Ability to evaluate situations based on multiple data sources and make informed judgments.

  • High integrity and reliability in meeting commitments.

  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus for Dubai).

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Valid driving licence.

Travel Percentage: 80%
