Role Overview

The Territory JSS Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, market share growth and strategic development of the assigned division in Romania.
The role includes full leadership of Line Managers, setting performance targets, ensuring strategic execution, forecasting new business opportunities, and managing the regional budget to secure sustainable growth aligned with company objectives.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing company strategy across the Romanian market.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the subordinate team of Line Managers and JSS specialists.
  • Setting sales targets and KPIs, monitoring their achievement and ensuring performance accountability.
  • Identifying, forecasting and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the region.
  • Managing the regional budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Supporting field teams through joint visits to customers and distributors, ensuring strong promotion of Milwaukee products and services.
  • Providing technical expertise and efficient solutions regarding the Milwaukee portfolio.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities and product applications.
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate events.
  • Performing additional tasks as required by the line manager.
     

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading sales teams in B2B environments
    (experience within the professional power tools sector is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record in developing teams and delivering business results.
  • Experience in the construction industry or strong interest in tools and technical solutions (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing regional budgets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong IT skills (CRM systems, MS Office, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Clean driving license.
  • English level: C1, as the role involves daily communication in English with internal and external stakeholders
