As a Territory Business Manager, play a key role in turning scientific innovation into meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals. This role focuses on influencing prescribing behaviour, driving sales performance and building strong, long-term partnerships across your territory.

From implementing strategy to uncovering new opportunities, every interaction helps shape how medicines are used in everyday clinical practice. Join a team that moves fast, collaborates across functions and uses evidence and insight to change how healthcare is delivered.

Accountabilities :

  • Lead the effective implementation of sales strategies, tactics and plans of action in line with company policies, ensuring clear focus and disciplined execution across the territory.

  • Monitor territory sales performance regularly, interpret trends and take timely action to keep results aligned with objectives.

  • Drive enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics, overcoming barriers and opening access for patients.

  • Analyse market dynamics and competitor activity to identify territory business opportunities and inform future plans.

  • Participate in and support promotional programs that raise product awareness and engagement among healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer classification, databases and call records to support informed decision-making.

  • Build trust and credibility with customers through professional conduct and strict adherence to the AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.

  • Proactively identify areas for self-development and work with the First Line Sales Manager to shape and pursue a clear development plan.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Science/Pharma

  • Passion for Sales

  • Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Good Planning and Organisational Skills

  • Excellent Scientific knowledge

  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
